我今年24岁，有7、8年的手淫史，本身比较胖，而且包皮比较长。现在和女朋友过性生活的时候有严重的早泄现象，有时候还没进入就射精了，有时候进去一下就射精了。今天去陕西的生殖医院检查了一下，本来是想去割包皮的，想着割了就好了，结果给医生说了有早泄现象以后他就叫我去做检查，一共3项。一个是B超，检测完说是什么分部不均匀；还有一个是什么电信号测试，检查完了说我的三项指标还不到正常指标的一半；然后就是个前列腺检查，然后拿回来说有一个应该是4个加号的我只有一个。然后医生就说我有前列腺炎，让我马上治疗。我听了他的话今天做了一个插尿管的治疗项目，还打了针，但是费用挺高的。他还让我继续做这个治疗，一次就是1000块啊，估计得做6、7次，七七八八算下来得一万块钱吧，我现在很苦恼，我的早泄到底是什么引起的？如果是前列腺炎引起的话我能不能靠药物治疗呢，现在的这个治疗我接受不了啊。请专家们帮帮我。
