因为离别太多。天下没有不散的宴席。长的越大思考的东西越多,烦恼自然随之而来。顺其自然吧。

实烦恼都是自己给的。相对的,你可以尝试放松自己,这样你才不会感到那么烦恼,要懂得处理好与烦恼之间的关系,不要给自己太大的压力。要懂得舒缓压力,烦恼也是不可避免的
