中老年饮食调理骨质疏松的五个食疗偏方
   骨质疏松是老年人群中很常见的疾病,患者的治疗重点在于合理调节饮食,避免暴饮暴食,患者宜供给充足的维生素D及C,因其在骨骼代谢上起着重要的调节作用,同时还应多吃新鲜蔬菜,苋菜、雪里蕻、香菜、小白菜,老年人要多食入一些含钙、磷、维生素及蛋白质丰富的食品,以弥补体内与骨代谢有关的物质的不足。
  骨质疏松的食疗:
  1、当归羊肉汤
   当归30克,生姜15克,羊肉200克加水适量,共煮至羊肉熟烂。喝汤吃肉,每日1剂。功能温阳补肾、温经通络。主治脾肾阳虚、寒凝经脉型骨质疏松症。
  2、猪血瘦肉豆腐汤
   猪血250克,猪瘦肉、豆腐、胡萝卜、山药各100克,调料适量。将猪瘦肉洗净、切丝、勾芡;猪血、豆腐切块,胡萝卜及山药切片。同加清水适量煮沸后,调入姜末、食盐等,待熟后调入葱花、味精、猪油适量,稍煮即成。可健脾补肾、益气养血。
  3、黄豆核桃鸡
   鸡肉750克,黄豆、核桃各50克,调料适量。将鸡肉洗净、切块;黄豆泡软;核桃取仁。同放气锅中,加葱白、姜末、食盐、料酒等,后加水至八成满,文火蒸约2小时取出,加胡椒粉适量服食。可补肾益精。
  4、芝麻核桃粉
   取黑芝麻、核桃仁各250克,白砂糖50克,先将黑芝麻、核桃仁炒熟,同研为细末,加入白糖,拌匀后装瓶备用。每日2次,每次25克,温开水冲服,对各型骨质疏松症均有效。
  5、豆腐鸡蛋虾皮汤
   猪骨汤1000毫升,豆腐2块,鸡蛋1个,虾皮25克,调料适量,山药片50克。将鸡蛋去壳,加清水及食盐适量调匀,蒸熟;豆腐切块。锅中放植物油适量烧热后,放入葱花、蒜略炒,然后调入猪骨汤、虾皮,待沸后将蒸蛋以汤匙分次舀入,再加豆腐、山药,调入食盐、味精等,煮沸后即成。可补肾壮骨。
   骨质疏松患者应该防止缺钙还必须养成良好的生活习惯,避免如彻夜唱卡拉OK、打麻将、夜不归宿等生活无规律行为。否则会导致骨质疏松会变得越来越厉害。

高蛋白质、高钙、高磷对钙的平衡是最佳膳食配方。钙磷比例应维持1:1,动物实验证明,钙、磷比例低于1:2时,钙从骨骼中溶解和脱出增加,严重时可导致骨质疏松症。
应注意不合理的配餐,比如菠菜含有草酸,可与豆腐、牛奶中的钙形成不易吸收的草酸钙,与脂肪形成不易吸收的脂肪酸钙,从而影响钙的吸收,故应尽量避免,从而。
