对国际标准草案ISO/FDIS6358-1、ISO/FDIS6358-2及国家标准GB/T14513进行了评述。结论是ISO/FDIS6358-1不适合作为国际标准,ISO/FDIS6358-2作为国际标准的条件尚不明朗。GB/T14513可以实施,其缺陷是不能测无出口连接口的气动元件。并提出一种新方法,即测定壅塞流态下的有效截面积S值及不可压缩流态下的有效截面积A值,再计算临界压力比b值,供研讨。

Review on the Major Methods for Measuring the
Flowrate Characteristic Parameters of Pneumatic Components

Abstract: On the determination of pneumatic components of the
flow characteristic parameters of the main method of draft international
standards are reviewed in this paper, the ISO/FDIS6358-1, ISO/FDIS6358-2 and
national standard GB/T14513 are reviewed. The conclusion is ISO/FDIS6358-1
doesn't fit as an international standard, ISO/FDIS6358-2 as an international
standard conditions are tantalizing. GB/T14513 can implement, its defects is not
measured with A mouth no exports of pneumatic components. And puts forward A new
method, namely the determination of congestion flow patterns effective
cross-sectional area S value and incompressible flow patterns effective
cross-sectional area, A value to calculate the critical pressure ratio value for
discussion, b.

Analysis of Force Characteristic of Compressor Driven by

Abstract: The action principle and the structure of the
compressor driven by double-stator linear induction motor are introduced, and
motion differential equations of this machine are established, including the
equation of the force produced by the motor, the kinematic equation of piston of
the compressor, thermodynamics equation of the compressor, etc. and all the
equations induced is solved by numeric analysis. The results shows that the
working theory is correspond with the real working process of the compressor
basically, so it provide some theoretical base for the study on this type of
compressor.

遗传算法是模拟自然界生物进化过程和机制对优化问题进行求解。首先概述了遗传算法的基本原理、特点和存在的缺陷,鉴于遗传算法易出现“早熟”现象,对遗传算法进行改进后,将其应用于汽轮机数字电液调节系统的参数优化,并给出了参数优化过程。改进遗传算法提高了算法的全局搜索能力和局部搜索能力。仿真实验表明,改进的算法效果明显优于经典优化算法,能有效克服“早熟”现象、提高算法收敛精度,具有良好的收敛性和寻优能力。

The Application of IGA in Parameter Optimization for DEH
Control System

Abstract: Genetic algorithm (GA) solves the optimization
problem by simulating the natural processes and mechanisms of biological
evolution. The principle, character and flaw of genetic algorithm are firstly
overviewed in the article. In view of genetic algorithm prone to “premature”
phenomenon, this paper improves genetic algorithm. Then, the improved genetic
algorithm is used for parameter optimization of turbine Digital Electrical
Hydraulic (DEH) control system, and the process of parameter optimization is
presented. The improved genetic algorithm increases the global and local search
capability. The simulation and experimental results show that the improved
algorithm is superior to classical optimization algorithm,can overcome
“premature” phenomena and improve the convergence precision,which demonstrates the improved
genetic algorithm has better performance of convergence and fine ability of
optimization.

truck, front sweeper brush working condition is worse because it usually
contacts with sewage and dust duri From the cleaning-work

for requiring front sweeper brush according to the standard of industrial
manipulator. In order to pursue higher cost performance, this article introduces

to correct the system. Simulated. The results of simulation prove correctness of
the system mathematic model, the stability of the system was obviously improved.

Abstract: This article is mainly researches a new hydraulic
cylinder cushioning device. This cushioning device is mainly used in the
hydraulic cylinders of architectural cement foaming machine. It can form the
standardization easily and effectively solve the problems of cushioning and
avoid the cushioning failure of traditional hydraulic cylinders. At the
meantime, the test results show that performance indexes of the device can meet
the prescribed requirements after lots of loading test.

High-speed Rotating Speed-limit & Speed-stabilizing Actuator

Abstract: this article tells a rotating speed-limit actuator
which is used on a recycling emergency ladder. This actuator can reduce the
rotating speed of the turntable on the emergency ladder. Thus it can increase
the rotating stability so as to control the hoisting speed. At the same time,
this actuator can adjust to the load change automatically. There is no marked
change in the speed if the load change from 100kg to 1000kg. This article also
introduces the structure and principle. We have tested the actuator by assembly
the emergency ladder to the truck. The result proves that our actuator can
satisfy all the requirement.
