太仓邻里“疙瘩事”“老娘舅”帮调解
　　为了进一步推广好“老娘舅”机制，提高“老娘舅”社会调解品牌的知名度，同时也让老娘舅资源充分发挥好社会“稳定器”的作用，4月18日，老娘舅志愿服务社成员、调解能手李慧明及张立新协同社区党委书记兼专职调解员王万芳在南园社区1楼调解室顺利调解一桩邻里之间疙瘩事，太仓电视台记者进行了全程录拍。&　　本次调解事项主要由邻里之间因卫生间漏水问题而引发矛盾纠纷。为确保邻里双方在和谐的氛围中将矛盾化解，老娘舅们通过专业的调解方法，在经过几轮协商，终于做通双方思想工作，最终达成&　　调解协议，双方当事人最终在调解协议书上签了字，一起由邻里之间因卫生间漏水问题引发的矛盾纠纷顺利化解。 &　　“如果把社会比作一台机器，那么我们‘老娘舅’就要当润滑油，其实调解也是一种群众工作方式，调解得当，可以钝化矛盾、维护社会稳定。”老党员、老娘舅调解能手李慧明说。&　　物业纠纷、家庭生活、邻里矛盾等纠纷的问题大都是些鸡毛蒜皮的事，但由于面广量大，关系错综复杂难于调处，成了社会的一大“顽症”，在此基础上，城厢镇司法所与南园社区联合组建了老娘舅志愿服务社，本次矛盾纠纷的成功调解，在及时“消化”矛盾纠纷、联动调解、释放“正能量的同时，更是以实际行动奏响了老娘舅志愿服务社维护一方平安的和谐曲。&The page is temporarily unavailable
