腰椎间盘突出:纤维环破裂, 髓核从破裂处挤出 ,压迫神经根。治疗方法有两种,康复治疗和手术治疗,康复治疗也称保守疗法,保守疗法无效的,需要手术治疗,手术治疗后,仍然需要进行康复治疗,以巩固疗效。建议到正规骨科医院检查治疗。日常生活中应卧硬板床,取平卧位,保持脊柱的稳定,减少椎间盘承受的压力。
