原发性高血压的诊断还是有要求的,排除继发疾病引起的可能,（比如嗜咯细胞瘤.肾血管性等等的情况）要在平静的情况多次测量（3次以上）如果高于140/90毫米汞柱的情况就可以确诊了.轻度一级高血压的情况可以是饮食上的控制,不主张马上药物治疗.低盐饮食（小于6克/天）低脂,少吃动物脂肪.多纤维饮食,很多情况会有所改善的.,目前还是没有特效药的.终生服药的.具体用药还是要看病人具体的检查情况的,仅供参考.一般建议服用长效的降压药,ACEI类（如:依那普利）或者钙离子拮抗剂类（如:硝苯地平缓释片）.前者有较好的保护心血管的功能的优点.难降型的高血压可以加服利尿剂治疗.同时饮食的调整也很重要,特别是盐的摄入,要低盐低脂饮食.保持良好的心态.避免脑血管意外的和冠心病并发症的发生.ydz
