　　男子33年喝下24万斤白酒身患脂肪瘤遭强行忌口喝酒不仅会伤肝还会长“粗脖子”，一男子33年来每天两斤酒，已经消化了24万斤白酒，没想到豪饮白酒却导致脖子肿大与肩膀连成了一片的“河马颈”。“一天两斤白酒，不喝就睡不着！”昨天记者在武汉大学口腔医院住院部7楼见到了这名患者，他叫赵清全，今年51岁，老家四川南充。赵先生介绍，以前，他一直没有喝过酒，18岁时，他到女朋友家做客，吃饭时，女友的父亲拿出一瓶白酒让他陪着喝。当时，酒喝下去暖暖的，没有什么特别的感觉，以后酒瘾就上来了，每天喝。“我把酒当茶水喝，喝酒时不需要任何菜肴及零食，每天至少两斤，而且最好是60度以上的白酒，因为度数越高喝得越有劲，导致每天喝酒比喝水还多。”赵清全说，最多的一次一天喝了3斤白酒。5年前，他发现自己后颈部长了一个肿物，不痛不痒，也就没有在意。可是随着时间的延续，脖子肿大日益严重，殃及脸面，竟长得比头都粗了一圈。严重影响了他的心理以及日常的人际交往。为此，家人多次劝说他戒酒，但是他不喝酒就睡不着。去年，他先后到武汉多家医院求诊未果。今年3月3号，他到武汉大学口腔医院治疗。然而，在交谈中，记者依然能闻到赵某口中飘出的淡淡酒味。头颈肿瘤外科教授孙志军医生介绍，赵某这样的病历确实非常少见，但可以肯定是这是由酗酒引起的酒精性脂肪瘤。酒精已经破坏患者肝脏的正常机能，影响脂肪代谢，像这种情况非常危险，患者随时有可能在睡梦中去世。这次的手术难度较大，由于患者长期饮酒，体质较弱，同时肝功能差，还有甲状腺囊肿，为此，医院特请省人民医院的专家同台手术。孙医生透露，即使手术之后，仍有复发的可能，要求患者必须戒酒。对此，赵某自称已经十天没有饮酒了。孙医生摇着头说，“他今天还用二两酒漱口呢！”

The International Astronomical Union "demoted" Pluto from true  planet to dwarf or minor planet status in 2006; it is highly  unlikely to reverse that decision and change th&e definition back to  include Pluto as a planet in 2015.

The main difference is '想' or 'xiǎnɡ' in this sentence means want as in 'I want to go to the supermarket' or 'I would like to go to the supermarket'. It is more of a thoug&ht than action.
 '要' or 'yào' in this instance is more definite than 想/xiang. The actual translation would be 'I am going to the supermarket'. This is an action, not a thought. 
 The difference may be small but there is a difference in your intention when making either of of the comments.
There are no Olympic games in 2015. The 2014 Winter Olympics are in Sochi Russia. The 2016 Summer Olympics are in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

应为平扫的时候已经是高信号了脂肪瘤在CT上表现为均与的负CT值，黑色的，也就是说低密度影，T2序列也是呈现高信号，也就是亮的，核磁上也没必要做增强的核磁扫描了。CT上不强化；在核磁上T1序列上是高信号

Scientific notation is using a short handed way to make really large or really small numbers easier to write/display.
The E here is actually "x 10 raised to the exponent of" &or "10^" So this would be 1.1 x 10^-4 (that's 10 raised to the negative fourth power) 10^-4 is the same as 1 / 10^4 10^4 is = to 10*10*10*10 or 10,000. Raising 10 to a power means you can just put down a 1 and follow it with zeroes equal to the number of the power. so ... now you have 1.1 x ( 1 / 10,000) which = 1.1 x .0001 which = .00011 NOW for the quick and dirty way ... since the Exponent above is -4 ... move the decimal place 4 places to the left. what do you get? .00011! if the Exponent was positive, you can just move the decimal place that many places to the right!
