　　据烟台市中医医院一位中医介绍，石榴性温，具有生津止渴、涩肠止泻、杀虫止痢的功效。石榴虽好，但也有禁忌食用群体。
　　&石榴含糖多，也含有大量的鞣质，大便秘结、糖尿病患者要忌食。&玄元杰介绍，肠胃功能弱的人要少吃，患有急性盆腔炎、尿道炎，以及感冒者也忌食石榴;肺气虚弱者及肺病患者，如肺痿、矽肺、支气管哮喘、肺脓疡等，切忌多食。此外，石榴含有生物碱、有机酸等，食用过多不仅会使人感到牙齿酸，还有可能对牙齿的珐琅质产生一定的腐蚀作用。吃石榴后一定要及时漱口或刷牙。
