　　胃寒饮食原则
　　对胃寒的人来说，最好遵从下面的原则。首先多吃熟食。不少青菜都属凉性，最好吃熟的。其次寒性食物应少吃。冷饮不宜多喝。寒性较大的水果，如西瓜、柚子等，也别吃太多。从冰箱里拿出的食物，也应放到常温后再吃。这样不仅可减少身体能量消耗，还可保护胃气。最后要注意，果蔬最好白天吃，因为白天身体处于活动状态，吃些寒凉的食物问题不大。但到了晚上，再吃这些食物，会让消化系统受凉，甚至会引发咳嗽和哮喘。晚上可吃些苹果、木瓜等，它们不会伤害脾胃。
　　胃寒食谱
　　1、良姜粥
　　材料：高良姜末15克，大米 100克。
　　制作：先将高良姜末置粥锅内，并加入清水2000毫升，用中火煎至1500毫升，去良姜渣，再放入洗净大米用文火煮成糜粥。温热服食。
　　功效：本粥能温胃行气，散寒止痛。适用于脾胃虚寒或感受风寒引起的胃痛。 注意：本粥不宜冷服。
　　2、白胡椒酿红枣
　　材料：红枣5个，白胡椒10粒。
　　制作：先将红枣洗净去核，白胡椒略打裂开。然后在每个已去核的红枣内放入白胡椒2粒，待煮饭时，放在饭面上蒸熟食用。
　　功效：温中补脾，暖胃止痛。适用于寒性胃痛。
　　3、姜汁牛肉饭
　　材料：鲜嫩牛肉75克，姜汁适量，大米120克，糖、酒适量。
　　制作：先将嫩牛肉洗净剁成肉糜，加入姜汁及酒、盐、糖、油腌一下。然后，将大米洗净煮饭，水分将干时，放入腌好之牛肉，文火焗透即可。
　　功能：滋补温中，散寒醒胃。适用于脾胃虚寒、中气不足的胃痛患者。
　　4、肉桂砂仁炖牛月展
　　材料：肉桂3克，砂仁6克，陈皮3克，鲜牛月展250克，生姜3片。
　　制作：先将肉桂刮去粗皮，砂仁打碎，陈皮、生姜洗净。牛月展洗净切块，飞水去膻味。然后把全部材料放入炖盅内，加凉开水适量，隔水炖2小时，调味食用。
　　功效：温中散寒，行气止痛。 注意：湿热胃痛不宜食用本炖品。
　　下面四种食物，可养胃又固肾，平时可适当吃些。
　　枸杞：可滋补肾气，抗老化。每天可吃30颗左右，若出现眼屎多等症状，应减少用量，或可同时用菊花茶泻火。
　　山药：新鲜的山药平补养胃，有助于调整消化和内分泌，煮粥最佳。
　　茯苓：可健脾胃、安神、滋补肝肾和增强免疫力。茯苓可熬汤或加入粥中食用，也可食用茯苓制品，如茯苓糕等。
　　粥：可消除胀气和疲劳，也容易消化，不会增加肠胃负担。平时可吃些山药枸杞粥，滋补肝肾又能增强免疫力。
