外公面瘫半年多了，脸部僵硬很厉害，一直在做针灸，这几天早上起来吃早餐动不了，一抖一抖的，而且听力也有点下降，要大声说话才听得见，中医治疗感觉效果不大，还有什么方法可以治疗严重面瘫吗？

你好，面瘫又叫做面神经炎，是一种典型的面部疾病其最典型的特点就是眼斜、嘴歪，患者面部往往连最基本的动作都无法完成如抬眉、闭眼、鼓腮、努嘴等。面瘫发病后，宜及早诊疗，延误对病情没好处，会留后遗症，治疗面瘫主要是要达到能够全面改善病灶部位毛细血管的微循环，从根本上修复损伤的面神经元，恢复面部肌肉功能。现今可以采用面神经三联康复疗法对症治疗，平常注意防止精神保证休息时间和质量,戒烟酒.防止受凉感冒等有利于康复。

你好，发作严重者可终日不停，甚至睡眠中也可抽搐。有些患者可因眼睑强制性收缩导致睑裂变小，有的患者甚至面部肌肉也呈强直性收缩而致口角持续歪斜向病侧。个别面肌抽搐患者可伴发三叉神经痛（约占面肌抽搐患者的0.8％）。此外，某些患者还可伴有患侧耳鸣、等。建议尽量早期药物控制或针灸控制，必要时可以用微创治疗，防止病情加重。可以到正规医院系统治疗。
