问：●患者年龄：29●患者性别：女●详细病情及咨询目的：前两天我吃东西时发现我的最右上角磨牙掉了约四分之一,形成了一个大缺口.只是吃东西就会常卡在里面,想去医生那补上.但检查下来并无疼痛和酸痛的感觉,好似一切正常.不过.去年有一次牙疼得历害,好象也是那牙附近,去医生那查也不是蛀牙症状,于是就吃了止疼药就好了.后来在牙附近长了一点点新牙,好象没有长出来.现在也不长了.不知道这次掉了一块是否跟这有关.医生这次看了我的牙的缺口认为以防后患需要先做治疗,烂神经,可是我爸说烂了神经那颗牙就死了.想问一下,我这牙现在无任何症状,就有个缺口,也不清楚是否是蛀牙,是否有必要烂神经啊.有没有其他的好办法啊.最好是补好。我这几天都担心死了.见过爸妈他们蛀牙的痛苦,烂神经,拨牙的可怕,我好象好好保护我的牙齿.另外我想问一下,我天天早晚涮牙嗽口,用的还是最好的牙膏，为什么还会这样？第一次问题补充：●目前一般情况：现在牙并不疼痛。不像蛀牙，不疼不酸，医生说缺口太大不太好补。估计我的牙是死掉了。所以才不痛的。可是我怎么也想不能牙怎么会莫名的死掉？有这可能吗？现在不能补，应该怎么办？
