一名美国男子因在沃尔玛舔女性脚趾被抓捕，他却声称自己是足病学者。这名男子名叫Michael Brown，目前已因对妇女举止不当的罪名被拘留，而他还有过性犯罪前科。
被猥亵的女士Erika Porras告诉警察称，这名男子诱骗她在超市鞋店里试了很多双鞋子。突然该男子拿起了这位女士的脚，放进嘴里吮吸了起来。
Porras对警方说，“我当时吓坏了，他叫我不要把这事讲出去，并愿意给我钱。”
Brown被捕的消息传开后，多个城市的一些女性表示也有类似的遭遇。警方与同是受害者的Rebecca McBride取得了联系，这名女士称，猥亵她的男子和Brown长得很像，该男子也是在一家超市里以帮忙的借口跟她搭讪。McBride说，“他告诉我他正在研究足部反射疗法，我的脚非常漂亮，引起了他的注意，他开始玩味我的脚，拍照，录像，直到他开始出汗并颤抖，我才发觉不妙，果断走开了。”
McBride称，直到走开了，那名男子还是一副意犹未尽的样子。“他又走过来，问我愿不愿意去鞋店试鞋。”
警方正在调查Brown和猥亵McBride的男子是否为同一人，但目前还没有结果。
法官已经传唤Brown，他的保释金高达5万美元。
