　　目前近视患者成年后由于使用电脑、电视过度而导致近视继续增加的并不在少数。长时间近距离的用眼仍然是导致近视加深的主要原因。同样近视眼手术后也是如此，如果长时间疲劳用眼，那么就有可能造成近视反弹，因为近视手术只是矫正当前的视力，并不能对近视起到预防的作用，如果不养成良好的用眼习惯，一样还会近视。因此近视眼手术后也需要合理用眼，避免眼睛过度疲劳，这样更能促进视力的恢复。
　　应严格控制用眼时间
　　专家表示，正常情况下，飞秒激光近视眼手术后第二天就可以正常用眼，不影响正常的工作和学习。专家建议在手术后的前3个月内避免长时间用眼，每过45分钟后休息5-10分钟。并注意用眼时保持适当的距离和适宜的光线。
　　使用电脑要注意距离、光线、亮度等问题
　　无论是否做了近视手术，除了要避免长时间使用电脑外，还必须要注意使用电脑时眼睛和屏幕的距离、光线、亮度等问题。面对屏幕时眼睛与屏幕之间要保持50厘米的距离，并且采用下视15~20度的视角。在阅读或录入文稿时，要注意降低眼睛因不停转换目标而引起的疲劳。并且多眨眼，以增加眼内润滑剂和酶的分泌，保持眼睛湿润。
　　温馨提醒：尽管飞秒激光手术恢复时间很快，但要完全恢复达到稳定期则需要3个月。在这期间需要注意用眼，谨遵医嘱，定期复诊，才能恢复最完美视力水平。}
