许多年前看《阿里巴巴与四十大盗》，首次看到阿拉伯美女的肚皮舞以及脐部佩戴的脐环，就被迷得七荤八素，大叹肚脐也可以如此放电。殊不知，露脐装可不是随便穿的。
肚脐、脐，俗称肚脐眼，中医称之为神阙，从本质上来说是胎儿出生后，脐带脱落后留下的疤痕。
可别看这小小的疤痕，尽管它已经完成了人生命中的重要作用在母体里的营养物质的传送带，但它仍然是我们身体的重要部位，人的内脏可以通过肚脐获得部分的氧气，如果你用胶带把肚脐贴上就会出现便秘的情况。
这个部位也是比较柔弱的部位，从小的时候，妈妈就告诉我们，不能用手抠，不能着凉等。
从肚脐眼形状看健康
国外一些医生根据临床经验发现，从肚脐眼的形状，可以看出一个人是否健康。
1、向上形肚脐：肚脐眼向上延长，几乎成为一个顶端向上的三角形。具有这种肚脐的人，不论男女，多半他们的胃、胆囊和胰脏的情况不佳。
2、向下形肚脐：形状与向上形相反。这种肚脐表明患有胃下垂、便秘等疾病。亦要注意慢性肠胃病及妇科疾病。
3、偏右形肚脐：易患肝炎、十二指肠溃疡等疾病。
4、偏左形肚脐：肠胃不佳，宜注意便秘、大肠粘膜等疾病。
5、浅小形肚脐：肚脐眼又浅又小，具有这样肚脐者，不论男女，身体都较为虚弱，他们的体内激素分泌不正常，经常会感到浑身乏力。气功出偏差者和有精神障碍者的肚脐，常见这样的形状。
6、海蛇形肚脐：因静脉扩张使肚脐的周围如海蛇缠绕一般，这种肚脐是肝硬化等肝脏疾病常见的征兆。
7、凸出形肚脐：当腹内有大量积液或卵巢囊肿时，肚脐可向外突出。
8、凹陷形肚脐：当腹内发生炎症变化时，如粘连性结核性腹膜炎，肚脐可向内凹陷。
另外，腹壁静脉曲张，腹壁膨隆，腹壁皮肤紧张而发亮，脐周围静脉突起、曲张。此种症状特征主要见于肝硬化。
从脐分泌物看异常征象
观察肚脐，还应注意肚脐的分泌物。正常人肚脐皮色滋润，无异常分泌。如果脐部有脓水样、粘液样或粪便样分泌物，则为脐部或腹部脏器有病变存在。
脓水样分泌：新生儿脐部红肿，并有脓水渗出，多由于出生后脐带断端未经妥善消毒处理，发生感染而引起。脐炎必须及时治疗，一般局部涂以消炎药，数日可愈，否则会发展成败血症。
成人脐部感染也可见渗液。或形体肥胖者，或不注意脐部清洁，以致脏物和皮脂类分泌物形成坚硬的脐石，擦伤局部而继发细菌感染。肚脐局部红肿糜烂，分泌物呈脓性，有恶臭。外涂抗生素油膏治疗有效。
粘液脓性分泌：后天性阴壁痿管形成，常可在肚脐见到粘液或脓液流出。这是由于腹腔脏器发生病变，如急性胆囊炎、结核性腹膜炎、胃肠道癌肿等，炎症波及腹壁后，自然溃破而形成窦道，粘液脓性分泌物自窦道而出。由于窦道往往发生在腹壁最薄弱的脐部，故又称为后天性脐瘘。
粪便样分泌：卵黄管是胎儿时期连接卵黄囊和肠道的管道，正常情况下，在胎儿出生2个月以后闭锁成细绳状，逐渐退化消失。但是，少数人此后仍有残留，故在脐孔处见到凸出的鲜红色粘膜，并有间歇排气或粪便样物质，这就是卵黄管瘘，需要手术治疗。
肚脐眼的泥能抠掉吗?
肚脐是连接胎儿与母亲的脐带的痕迹，作为人体胚胎期器官的一部分，肚脐是比腹部其他地方皮肤与腹腔内联系要更紧密的。所以洗的方法不当，会对腹腔内的内脏(主要是小肠)造成刺激，引起消化系统的不适，也就是肚子疼。
所以，肚脐眼里的泥不是不能洗，而是应该保持清洁。但洗肚脐的方法比较讲究，不能像搓澡挖鼻涕那样用力，而是应该用棉签一类较软的东西沾上浴液，点到为止的清洗。
如何关爱脐部注意脐部卫生
1、要注意防风
脐周是肠胃部位，容易受凉，所以要防止脐部着凉。早、晚天气较凉爽时或者阴雨天气温较低时最好不要穿露脐装，穿露脐装骑摩托车或自行车时车速不宜太快，睡眠时应在腹部盖上薄物或使用护脐带。
2、防止脐部意外受损伤
脐周部位裸露，因缺少衣着的保护，往往容易遭到意外损伤，如烫伤、擦伤、划伤等。因此，日常起居或工作中要小心。
3、尽量不要进行纹饰
贪靓的MM们往往觉得穿露脐装还不够吸引眼球，喜欢在脐部贴饰图案，甚至文饰永久性图饰。但是，如此，会造成一定的健康隐患。因为贴饰会妨碍皮肤的排泄功能，有可能引起湿疹、汗疹等皮肤病：文饰的颜料往往含有一些对身体有害的化学成分，如在营业场所文饰，共用文针还有可能传播传染病。所以进行文饰要慎重。
护理肚脐DIY
脐疗治疗妇女病效果明显，无副作用，且方法简单，容易掌握。所以，不妨自己动手，来个肚脐保健。
1、治痛经：
取肉桂、炝姜、茴香各15克，研末，用米醋或黄酒调成糊状，敷于脐部，覆盖清洁消毒纱布l块，连用5-7天，痛经可愈。
2、治带下：
取棒根皮、白果、黄柏各20克，敷于脐部，每日换药1次，连用5~7天，白带明显减少。
3、治恶阻：
用公丁香、陈皮、半厚各20克，取新鲜生姜30克，煎浓汁调为糊状，敷于脐部，每日换药1次，连敷2-3次，可治脾胃虚寒、胃失和降、早孕呕吐。
4、治月经不调：
取当归30克、红花15克、月季花15克，用茶叶水调，敷脐部。每次在月经之前1天敷脐，连敷5-7天，至月经干净为止。此方对少女月经不调疗效最好。
