睡眠对任何一个阶段的人来说都很重要,特别是针对更年期的女性,若是没有一个良好的睡眠,会加重更年期女性生理恶性循环,从而使其身体心理各种表现形式更加明显。多食一些新鲜水果蔬菜,豆制品,大枣、红糖、黑木耳、桑葚、花生、黑芝麻、胡桃仁以及各种蔬菜和水果等,从而达到更年期的保养效果。生活中需要保持充足的睡眠养成好的睡眠习惯,适量进行体育锻炼和户外活动,如漫步、慢跑、游泳、打球、跳舞、健美操等,不但会使体质加强,抗病能力增添,同时还会增加造血功效。加强运动锻炼强健的身体 对于女性来说,像慢跑、散步、骑自行车、打太极拳等是不错的选择。及早的参加体育活动,不仅对延迟更年期有效果,还能增强体质,为老年期打下良好的基础,同时还能使人精神饱满,头脑清楚,能出色的完成现在的工作。更年期开始早晚,历时多久,可分成绝经前期,绝经期和绝经后期,并以卵巢功能的逐渐衰退至完全消失为标志建议可以用下姐淑乂鲁铔来调理,是保持女性容颜和体态的基础,推迟更年期来临,延缓衰老。提高更年期妇女自我保健知识水平及自我保健能力。
