奇异果红薯泥
材料:红薯1个、奇异果1个、牛奶少许、蜂蜜少许。
做法:
1、红薯去皮,切成小块,隔水蒸或者放到微波炉转熟,然后用勺子捣成泥状。
2、在红薯泥里加入牛奶和蜂蜜拌匀。牛奶的量可以自己掌握,喜欢吃软的可以多放一些,喜欢吃干的可以少放一点甚至不放都可以。
3、在小碗里垫上保鲜膜,奇异果去皮切片放在碗里。
4、把拌匀的红薯泥倒入碗中,压实。(一定要压实哦,不然提出来会塌塌的,不好看)
5、把保鲜膜提起来,倒出成型的红薯泥倒扣在盘中。
小编点评:整份薯泥总热量163大卡,很适合早上或者晚上当主食,加入了蜂蜜还能解决便秘问题。
什锦水果沙拉
材料:火龙果150克、菠萝200克、橙子100克、草莓150克、香蕉100克浓缩橘汁300克。
做法:
1、将火龙果、鲜菠萝、香橙、草莓、香蕉洗净。
2、切成大小一致、均匀的小丁,用鲜橙汁搅拌均匀即可。

苹果瘦身汤
材料:海带100克、苹果2个、瘦肉250克、生姜3片、水6碗。
做法:
1、瘦肉洗净切块,汆水捞起。
2、苹果去皮去核,切块。
3、海带洗净,浸泡1-2小时。
4、煮沸清水,放入所有材料,大火煮20分钟,转小火煲一个小时,下盐调味即可食用。
