　　评定需要从以下几个方面进行，包括整体思维的发育水平和各项运动状态评定，同时要了解患儿家属对疾病的知识和对治疗的要求及希望，以判断对治疗的依从。运动功能状态的评定包括以下几项：①运动功能发育和脑瘫儿粗大运动功能评定；②和运动模式的评定；③肌力、肌张力评定。另外还有语言感觉功能及日常生活活动能力等进行评定。通常可通过三种方式进行功能评定：一是询问法，即向家长和照料者询问有关的情况，如年龄较大的可直接询问孩子；二是观察法，即仔细观察孩子与家长和他人的相互作用形式及进行运动和日常生活情况；三是检查法，即通过特定的方法，了解患儿发育及各方面的功能情况。
　　评定应主要进行日常生活活动功能的评定、运动系统和感觉系统的评定。
　　(一)运动系统的评定
　　1．肌力检查让患儿按要求做某一特定的运动。根据运动的情况对肌力进行评定。但一定要注意让脑瘫患儿处于比较恰当舒适的。
　　2．肌张力检查检查者缓慢使患儿的肌体作屈伸运动，仔细体会所受到的阻力大小，过高过低的为不正常。
　　3．行走能力的评定观察孩子行走的情况，如能否独立行走；行走姿势如何；在平地上能走多远；能否上下楼梯；行走的速度和安全情况等。
　　4．关节活动范围评定进行这项评定，可以了解关节本身的情况，亦可检查肌力和肌张力有无异常。检测关节运动时所转动的角度是评定运动功能状态的重要手段。
　　(二)感觉功能评定
　　包括视觉、听觉和痛觉、温度觉、关节位置觉的检查，如患儿感觉有障碍时，应注意安全上的保护。
　　(三)日常生活活动能力的评定
　　它可以全面地反应脑瘫患儿的功能状况。评估方法主要通过观察孩子的活动情况，以及询问家长获得有关情况。
