《食品安全国家标准食品添加剂使用标准》在2010年8月底已经结束征求意见，卫生部等部门3月1日正式发布公告，撤销食品添加剂过氧化苯甲酰、过氧化钙，自日起，禁止生产、在面粉中添加这两种物质．（1）过氧化苯甲酰在水和酶的作用下，释放出活性氧，可以（选择“吸附”、“乳化”或“氧化”）面粉中极少量的有色物质，以达到使面粉增白的目的，同时生成苯甲酸，还能对面粉起到等作用．（2）若超量使用面粉增白剂，会破坏面粉中的营养成分，会对人体造成危害，则过氧化苯甲酰（是否属于）食品添加剂用于食品加工．我们在选购优质面粉制作的好馒头，应该要注意哪些方面来保证食品卫生安全．（3）过氧化苯甲酰中含有微量的砷和铅，欧盟多国从1997年已禁止将过氧化苯甲酰作为食品添加剂使用，这里的砷和铅属于人体中的A．常量元素&&&&&&B．微量元素&&C．有害元素&&&&D．非必需元素．

国内市场还未正常进入,稍微百度了解下这个产品,任何牌子都一样,别买到假的。,现在回答你。吃是可以吃的,一起吃比较浪费RMB。还有就是这个牌子,要买的话,得确定他的货源,但是C和葡萄籽主要功效一样,
