随着“读屏”时代到来，近距离的用眼时间过长，整天手机、电脑不离手，户外活动时间不足，用眼姿势不正确，加上不良的用眼环境等因素导致近年来，近视已成为世界范围内的健康问题，在亚洲地区尤为突出。据世卫组织2018年公布的研究报告显示，中国近视患者已达6亿人[1]。
越来越多的人正因为学业、工作受阻，运动不便、想改变形象等多种原因选择摘镜。但专家表示，作为矫正视力的一种有力手段，近视手术也并非所有人都适合。
总的来说，近视手术适合18岁-50岁、并且近两年近视度数比较稳定的人群。
这8种人不建议进行手术：矫正视力极差的重度弱视患者、圆锥角膜、青光眼、重症干眼及眼部活动性炎症者等，瘢痕体质、糖尿病、高血压、自身免疫性疾病患者。
而符合基本要求的近视患者，可以进一步做详细的术前检查。并根据检查结果确认是否适合近视手术，适合哪种手术。
