注射用埃索美拉唑联合凝血酶治疗消化性溃疡出血的疗效及安全性分析
目的：分析注射用埃索美拉唑联合凝血酶治疗消化性溃疡出血的疗效及安全性。方法：临床组患者应用注射用埃索美拉唑静脉推注、泵注及滴注辅以凝血酶口服治疗，参照组患者应用奥美拉唑注射液静脉推注、泵注及滴注治疗。疗程结束后，比较两组止血疗效及止血时间、住院时长。并统计不良反应发生情况。结果：临床组止血总有效率为90.20%，显著高于参照组的80.39%（P＜0.05）。临床组止血时间及住院时长均显著短于参照组（P＜0.05）。两组均无显著不良反应发生。结论：注射用埃索美拉唑联合凝血酶治疗消化性溃疡出血其止血效果迅速且显著，无显著不良反应。
Abstract：
Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of intravenous esomeprazole combined with thrombin in the treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding. Methods Clinical group were given esomeprazole through intravenous injection, drip and infusion pump, combined with oral thrombin, while reference group given omeprazole through intravenous injection, drip and infusion pump. Hemostatic efficacy, time to hemostasis and hospitalization time of two groups were compared when the course ends, adverse reactions were recorded. Results The total effective rate was 90.20% in clinical group, significantly higher than that of reference group, which was 80.39% (P&0.05); time to hemostasis and hospitalization time were significantly shorter in clinical group (P&0.05); there were no remarkable adverse events in either group. Conclusion intravenous esomeprazole combined with thrombin shows rapid and significant effects in the treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding without remarkable adverse reactions.
