infertility
undergoing IVF-ET were
assigned to two groups ,Thirty-three patients in the treatment group were treated with Erzhi
Tiangui Granule and GnRHa /FSH /hCG, and the other thity-three patients in the control
comparison before and after the treatment two groups, to observe the comparison of based
endocrine FSH, E2 before treatment two sets of patients . After the treatment ，Real-time
PCR was performed to detect the levels of GDF-9 mRNA in granulose cells obtained from
different response groups. The dose of gonadotropin
Gn , the number of oocytes, the rates
of fertilization, oocyte cleavage , high quality oocyte ,high quality embryo , and pregnancy
were compared, to test the Correlation between the levels of GDF-9 mRNA in granulose
cells and the rate of high quality oocyte as well as the rate of high quality embryo. Results: 1
Before treatment two groups were comparable and there was no ignificant
difference
P 0.05 .At the same Time，there were no significant differences form based 2
endocrine FSH, E2，AFC results between two groups of patients
