帕唑帕尼治疗转移性软组织肉瘤
帕唑帕尼是一个多靶点的酪氨酸激酶抑制剂，对于进展期非脂肪源性软组织肉瘤有单药活性。这项研究的目的是调查单药帕唑帕尼对于标准化疗失败的软组织肉瘤的治疗效果，尤其是无进展生存时间的影响。
72个中心的372名患者参加了这项随机、对照试验，入组标准为化疗失败的Ⅳ期非脂肪源性肉瘤患者，既往未接受过血管生成抑制剂的治疗。治疗组接受每天帕唑帕尼800mg治疗，观察终点为无进展生存时间。治疗组的平均无进展生存时间为4.6月，安慰剂组为1.6月（HR：0.31, 95% CI 0.24-0.40; p&0.0001)）。治疗组的平均总生存时间为12.5月，安慰剂组为10.7月（HR 0.86, 0.67-1.11; p=0.25）。最常见的药物不良反应为乏力（49% VS 65%）、腹泻（16% VS 58%）、恶心（28% VS 54%）、体重下降（20% VS 48%）和高血压（7% VS 41%）。
从试验结果看，帕唑帕尼能显著延长肉瘤患者的无进展生存时间，而且耐受性良好，是治疗晚期非脂肪源性肉瘤的一个新的选择。

辅助用药&：血压药：2013年2月13日-2013年2月18日每日口服1粒100毫克的科素亚；

　　　2月6日，经过半个月的劝说，LG终于答应换吃帕唑了，帕唑的初始推荐剂量半量，也就是从400
mg吃起，愿帕唑有好效果。
　　　2月13日，除夕到正月初四这五天里，LG停了五天的帕唑。帕唑的高血压副作用似乎比索坦和多吉美都要猛，只是吃三天半量的剂量，在停了四天药后血压竟然还是150/110多，今天起吃上了降压药。
　　　2月16日，正月停了五天的帕唑后，现在是第三天吃帕唑了。味觉严重变差，胸前有大片的皮疹出现（在12年上半年吃索坦期间是一直有皮疹和手足症状的，而12年下半年吃多吉美期间却是一直不曾有过皮疹和手足症状），愿如部分群友所总结的，有皮疹和手足症状的药效好过没有皮疹和手足症状的。
　　　2月19日，和吃索坦、多吉美时不同，吃帕唑后高血压副作用特别的猛，今天是早100mg的科素亚，晚上5mg的洛活喜。16日那天出过和索坦时相似的红疹，今晚身上、手臂上还出现了小指甲大小的肉色大块的皮疹。
