　　1.金银花--清热解毒
　　银花味甘性寒，气味芳香，既可清透疏表，又能解血分热毒，尤为治阳性疮疡的要药。配以连翘、牛蒡子、薄荷、荆芥，则疏表解热。配以鲜生地、玄参、连翘、竹叶卷心等，则清营泄热;配以紫花地丁、野菊花、蒲公英，则解毒疗疮。配以黄耆、当归、甘草，则托毒消痈。配以黄芩、白芍、甘草等，则清热治痢。
　　2.何首乌――益精髓，降血糖
　　宋代《开宝本草》称之“久服长筋骨，益精髓，延年不老”。现代研究发现，何首乌能够促进神经细胞的生长，对神经衰弱及其他神经系统疾病有辅助治疗作用。并可调节血清胆固醇，降低血糖，提高肝细胞转化和代谢胆固醇的能力。何首乌还具有良好的抗氧化作用。
　　3.黄芪――补气
　　中医认为“脾为后天之本”。脾胃派代表人物李杲认为黄芪“益元气而补三焦”，清代的黄宫绣称黄芪为“补气诸药之最”。现代研究发现，黄芪不仅能扩张冠状动脉，改善心肌供血，提高免疫功能，而且能够延缓细胞衰老的进程。
　　4.三七――防治心血管疾病
　　清代名医赵学敏在他所著的《本草纲目拾遗》中说：“人参补气第一，三七补血第一，味同而功亦等”，称三七为“中药之最珍贵者”。现代研究发现，三七的化学成分、药理作用和临床应用与人参有相似之处。其人参总皂甙含量超过人参。三七可扩张血管，降低血管阻力，增加心输出量，减慢心率，降低心肌耗氧量和毛细血管的通透性，在心血管病防治方面比人参有明显的优势。
　　5.当归粉--补血活血
　　当归是一种多年生草本植物，药用其根，主产于我国四川、甘肃、陕西、云南、湖北等省。医学认为，当归味甘而重，故专能补血，其气轻而辛，故又能行血，补中有动，行中有补，为血中之要药。因而，它既能补血，又能活血，既可通经，又能活络。凡妇女月经不调，痛经，血虚闭经，面色萎黄，衰弱贫血，子宫出血，产后瘀血，例经月经来潮时，出现口鼻流血等妇女的常见病，都可以用当归。
　　6.穿心莲--清热解毒
　　心莲味苦，性寒。归心、肺、胃、膀胱经。具有清热解毒，利湿消肿的功效。
　　春天宜于降火去燥。可治急性菌痢，胃肠炎，感冒，流脑，气管炎，肺炎，百日咳，肺结核，肺脓疡，胆囊炎，高血压，鼻衄，口咽肿痛，疮疖痈肿，水火烫伤，毒蛇咬伤。
　　7.枸杞子――抗衰老
　　《神农本草经》称枸杞子“久服坚筋骨，轻身不老，耐寒暑”。《本草汇言》赞之“使气可充，血可补，阳可生，阴可长”。枸杞子有类似人参的“适应原样”作用，且能抗动脉硬化、降低血糖、促进肝细胞新生等作用，服之有增强体质，延缓衰老之功效。
