问题分析： 白癜风发生时，皮损可发生在全身任何部位，一般好发于暴露部位，常见于颜面部、颈部、腰腹部，除皮肤损害外，白斑多对称分布，也有不少病例损害沿神经节段排列。白癜风白斑皮损为大小不等，局限性圆或不规则形的乳白色斑片，边缘清楚，周边皮肤较正常皮肤色素稍加深。数目可为单个或多发，可对称亦可单侧发生。意见建议：喝豆浆对于贫血病人的调养，比牛奶作用要强，以喝热豆浆的方式补充植物蛋白，可以使人的抗病能力增强，调节中老年妇女内分泌，这也能影响白癜风患者的病情和治疗效果。虽然食用豆类食物对白癜风的治疗有益处，但是患者切不可抱着这一点而心存侥幸不去接受专业的治疗。
