西药治疗只能控制不能根治，有个别患者可以治疗彻底，一旦停药就会复发。
精神病如果能彻底治好，那这个医生是可以得到诺贝尔医学奖的了，至今还没有。只当没有那回事，像没病人一样的生活，但最好不接触什么外界的刺激，像桃花源记那样的。医院也都是封闭起来治疗这样病的。
最好配合心理治疗。单独吃药可以控制生理的那部分，但重新融入社会，从阴影中走出来，学习像正常人一样学习生活是需要他人帮助的。
