caused by liver stagnation and spleen deficiency, prelim inarily find out part of its risk
factors. A ll is done in order to
provide favourable reference datas for its prevention and
cure and to reduce its incidence and im prove patients’ quality of life. M ethods: 60 patients w ith diarrhoea type of Irritable Bow el Syndrom e caused by
liver stagnation and spleen deficiency com pared w ith 60 patients w ith other types of
stagnation
deficiency.The
observation of the contents of this investigation as follow ing:sex,age,spring,drink,food
fiber,genetic, depression,anxiety,type A
behavior of personality,negative life events, drug
factors and infection factors. In order to find out w heather there are som e relations to
diarrhoea type of
Irritable B ow el Syndrom e caused by
stagnation and spleen
deficiency,a logistic regression m odel is used.SPSS16.0 is applied for
the data analysis. R esults:①The univaviate chi-square test:Com pared w ith case group and the control
group,the risk factors of spring,type A
behavior of personality,negative life events,anxiety
depression
significant
difference P 0.05 .Based
experience,the
gender,drinking,fiber food and infection have no obvious ststistical significance,but they
m ay be excluded as both com m on risk factors.The drug factors have no statistical
significanc X 2 1.294,P 0.255 0.05 .W e are not clear that the cansel relationship betw een
it and IBS.A ge and genetic factor are not risk factors of diarrhoea type of Irritable B ow el
