　　7、甲板薄脆，甲尖容易撕裂分层
　　可见于扁平苔藓等皮肤病，但更多是由于指甲营养不良引起的。指甲中97%的成分是蛋白质，所以应适当给宝宝吃些鱼、虾等高蛋白的食物。另外核桃、花生能使指甲坚固，其他微量元素锌、钾、铁的补充也很重要。
　　8、甲板出现横沟
　　宝宝可能得了热病，也可能是代谢异常或皮肤病等原因道之。最好去医院诊治。
　　9、宝宝甲根周围长满倒刺
　　多是由于咬指甲或粗糙物体的摩擦造成。出现倒刺不要直接用手扯掉，可用指甲刀剪去。另外，长倒刺还可能是由于营养不均衡、缺乏维生素引起皮肤干燥造成。可多吃些水果，补充维生素。干燥的季节要给宝宝的小手涂上无刺激、含油分的护肤霜，如羊毛脂、硅霜、维生素E霜等。
