以前我都是七天的姨妈期，后来因为打了两次孩子，身体也没养好，一系列的原因，慢慢变成五天，而且量少了，以前晚上都好多的，现在就一点点，所以有点急了，而且我痛经厉害，说厉害也不算很厉害，就是痛的不能走路，没力气，只能躺着，痛经算是宫寒吗，因为老公的姐姐没孩子之前月经不调就是吃的鹿胎膏，所以也叫我去买，网上买了两盒，是一个疗程，我28号开始吃，吃完感觉就是热，药味很浓，我想要个马宝宝，所以现在就再调理月经，有吃过鹿胎膏的姐妹么，想知道有效没，老公嫂子是多囊，她看我吃也想买，可是又怕不适合她，虽说也治疗多囊的，求了解或吃过的姐妹来说说，我也怕吃出问题。广告勿进托勿进!谢谢

鹿胎膏是有用的，特别是痛经，吃一盒都能看见效果了，我姐吃了一盒就不痛经了，他吃剩下大半盒给我吃，我月经颜色红了点，所以我这个月又买了一盒，我之前买了林源珍宝的以为便宜，可是吃了三盒一点效果都没有，我姐买这个就贵些，只要能好，贵也坚持吃下去
