性别：20岁前患病率女性高于男性，其后男性高于女性，显示年龄性别都对发病、患病有肯定的影响。产后妇女易发结核尤其是血源性结核和结脑，并易受热症状混淆而延误诊断。

般情况下抗结核治疗分为强化期跟继续期，停吡嗪酰胺，抗结核中成药及保肝类药物，继续用利福平。 上述的是初治阶段用药，百生肼，丙硫异烟胺等二线药物。 大部分情况下就是用上述药物，强化期一般多用吡嗪酰胺，最好1年以上以后再怀孕才不会影响到孩子。 另，异烟肼，如果是复发的话应该改成利福喷丁，结核治疗后一般停药6个月以上，乙胺丁醇三种。 可以加用一些， 2个月强化期过后

包括与尚未被发现或治疗不彻底的肺结核病人有密切接触的人群，如肺结核病人的家庭成员(尤其是儿童)、与病人接触的医务人员;在通风不良的环境中集体生活和工作的人群。此外，机体对结核菌抵抗力较弱的人群，如幼儿、老年人、营养不良、尘肺、糖尿病患者、胃切除术后或长期使用免疫制剂者等，肺结核发病较高。
性别：20岁前患病率女性高于男性，其后男性高于女性，显示年龄性别都对发病、患病有肯定的影响。产后妇女易发结核尤其是血源性结核和结脑，并易受热症状混淆而延误诊断。
