请帮我看下下面这份彩超检查报告单有无问题？该怎么解决？前，肚子右下方开始腹痛，吃了一盒保胎灵片，到今天为止断断续续还是有点腹痛，都是同一个位置，感觉宝宝怀的有点下，总有要掉的感觉，怀孕期间无流血状况，只是经常坐摩托车，腹痛开始已经停止坐。请问我的报告单有无问题？腹痛又是什么原因呢？最近开始宝宝在肚子里面也只在右边活动。

明确结节到底是不是良性的只能是病理检查，也就是手术切除后化验的结果，目前只能说根据临床经验，考虑结节在服药后消散的话，其良性的可能性是很大的，当然，还需要对比服药前后B超检查结节是否真的缩小或消失了。关于彩超纵横比的问题，这是影像检查中帮助判断结节性质的一种方法，它只具有参考价值，不是判断的唯一指标，对乳腺结节来说更重要的是看其边界、血流情况。由于我国女性乳腺癌高发年龄在40-60岁，您对乳腺出现结节认真对待是对的，建议您再做一下乳房钼靶X片检查，结合B超检查可以早期发现乳腺肿瘤以利治疗。

B超图片上显示结节的长径除以其垂直方向的高径就是这幅图片上结节的纵横比，由于结节是立体的，用相互垂直的两次扫描（如同十字）就可以确定其长、宽、高，这样就得出上述结论。甲减与乳腺疾病没有必然联系。

患者信息：女 21岁 广西 柳州 病情描述(发病时间、主要症状等)：14岁来的月经，一直痛经，有时候经期也不准。前两年吃了乌鸡白凤丸经期准了，但是还是痛经，只有吃止痛药布洛芬，这个月经期10号来的月经还拉肚子了，今天去医院看了，医生说检查报告正常，给我开了妇科白凤片检查所见:
子宫前位，宫体大小41x40X32mm,形态规整，轮廓清晰，肌壁回声均匀，宫腔线清晰，内膜厚9mm.
双侧附件区未探及明显异常团块回声。
CDFI：未探及异常血流信号子宫、双附件区声像图未见异常想得到怎样的帮助：请问还需要复查吗？曾经治疗情况及是否有过敏、遗传病史：没有

这份B超报告单是正常的，没有异常情况显示。痛经不是器质性问题，到妇科去调理就行了，不必紧张。
