我的儿子出生时几天的时睡觉时有抽搐现象，检查出有轻度的缺血缺氧性脑病，当时住院打了7天的补脑液，孩子一切正常，出院时医生建议到6个月内，孩子再出现抽搐的话，要到大的儿科医院做进一步的检查。后来我的儿子一直很正常，而且很乖很聪明，我就没去做检查。现在孩子17个月了，有时候大人要出去，他要跟着去，不让他去，他就哭，哭的很厉害，有的时候哭的没有声音，嘴巴张的很大，就一口气接不上，就好像出现有点类似休克的样子，但马上给他拍了几下就马上醒过来继续哭。请问这样正常吗？如果要治的话怎么治，要注意些什么？
