&&&&&&目前,人民政协已成为在现有政治体制下新阶层实现其政治参与目的的重要渠道和平台，但存在一系列约束性因素：法律对人民政协的功能定位与其实际作用不相符、政协自身建设滞后、其提供的政治资源相对稀缺等，均会激发阶层利益与现存问题的矛盾。新阶层通过人民政协进行政治参与远未达到理想状态，因而需要在完善人民政协功能定位、加强政协自身建设、化解阶层利益矛盾等方面做出努力。
&&&&&&At present, the people’s political consultative conference has become an effective channel or platform with which the new class realizes political participation in the existing political system. But due to the presence of a series of binding conditions, the function orientation of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference endowed with the constitution and related laws is not consistent with its actual effect, the relevant system constructions are not perfect, the political resources are relatively scarce and so on. All these factors would stimulate contradiction between the class interests of new social strata and their own existing questions. As a result, the new social group at the present stage of the political participation through the people's political consultative conference is far from the ideal state, therefore we need to make efforts in defining its function, strengthening themselves, and dissolving the class interests conflicts.Nutritia minerala a speciilor de rachita

When semen samples with a high percentage of abnormal spermatozoa are used for IVF, the outcome of swim-up and/or Percoll separation methods used might be insufficient to allow successful embryo development. Our data show that both separation methods for abnormal sperm populations were inadequate in their ability to provide potentially competent sperm for IVF. Furthermore, the types of abnormalities induced by scrotal insulation could be partially overcome by an increase in the heparin concentration, which suggests that for morphologically abnormal spermatozoa it is possible that they may undergo capacitation despite some structural changes in the plasma membrane.
